School Uniform Sizing Guide

Step 1 — Measure your child's chest

Using a soft measuring tape, wrap it around the fullest part of your child's chest, just under the arms.

• ✓Keep the tape level all the way around.
• ✓Ensure it sits comfortably against the body.
• ✓Do not pull it too tight.
• ✓Ask your child to stand naturally.

Tip: You should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and your child's body.

Step 2 — Record the measurement

Measure in inches and note the number. For example, a chest measurement of 32 inches corresponds to a Size 8 Boys Shirt or a Size 8 Girls Blouse.

Step 3 — Match it to the correct size chart

No measuring tape? No problem

If your child already has a shirt or blouse that fits well:

1. 1Lay a shirt or blouse that already fits well flat on a table.
2. 2Measure straight across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
3. 3Double this measurement to estimate the chest size.
4. 4Match it to the size chart above.

Helpful fitting tips

• If your child's measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size to allow room for growth.
• Uniforms should fit comfortably across the chest and shoulders without pulling at the buttons.
• Consider sizing up if purchasing early for the new school year.
