Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt, at any of our three Barbados stores.

Bring the item to any Abeds store — Swan Street, Sheraton Mall, or W Plaza — within 14 days of purchase.
We make it right
Our team will arrange your exchange or refund in store. For online orders, they will confirm how your refund is processed.
Good to know
- Returns can be made at any store, no matter which store prepared your order or where it was delivered.
- For fabric cut to your measurements or other made-to-order items, please check with our team in store — eligibility can depend on the item.
- If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will prioritise putting it right.
- This voluntary return policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act of Barbados.
